NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-014597-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-OPT2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2, is the Plaintiff and WILLIE REYES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIE REYES; CRYSTAL BAY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; SAND CANYON CORPORATION F/K/A OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATON; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; KIM BURGESS; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 411, BUILDING C, CRYSTAL, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONODOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8683, AT PAGE 643, SUBSEQUETLY RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 8693, AT PAGE 32, AND AS AMENDED AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 115, PAGE 1 THROUGH 40, INCLUISVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
