NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-2021-CI13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER E. KISELICA A/K/A JENNIFER KISELICA; WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, LESS THE NOETHEASTERLY 4.0 FEET, AND LOT 13, LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PORTION OF LOT 13; BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 13, AND RUN NORTH 26 FEET; THENCE WEST TO A POINT 16.44 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 13,; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE WEST BOUNDARY OF LOT 13 TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 13; THENCE EAST ALONG THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF LOT 13 TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, IN BLOCK 14, FLORALVILLA ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
