NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-013039-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and KISHORE SIRIVELU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KISHORE SIRIVELU N/K/A BHAVARA SIRIVELU; THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PHOEBE QUARTERMAN; WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-S7 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on OCTOBER 29, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1813, OF THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF THE CLUB AT FEATHER SOUND CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED 08/01/2005, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14494, PAGES 2117-2280, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
