NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003030 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ABFC 2006-HE1 TRUST, is Plaintiff and Darlene Morgan; Unknown spouse of Darlene Morgan, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK D, LAKE PALMS SUBDIVISION, SECTION 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 54 THROUGH 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
STREET ADDRESS: 3153 PINE TREE AVENUE, LARGO, FL 33771
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
