NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004528 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-NC1,, is Plaintiff and Cletus J. Powell, Jay J. Jackson, No. 1 Home Roofing Inc. and The Lake ST. George South Homeowners Association, Inc., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lake St. George-Unit VIII-A, Block G, Lot 86, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 85, Pages 10 and 11, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 2752 Cactus Hill Place, Palm Harbor, FL 34684
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
