Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 14, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 1220B, BUILDING 12, THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12663, PAGES 1378 THROUGH 1560, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 129, PAGES 1 THROUGH 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 2765 VIA CIPRIANI #1220B, CLEARWATER, FL 33764; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
