NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 012191 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF SAXON ASSET SECURITIES TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1, is Plaintiff and Eddie Drain, Karen A. Jackson, Unknown Spouse of Eddie Drain and Unknown Spouse of Karen A. Jackson, Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 7th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot Number Fifteen (15), Block 2, Haven Park, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 93, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 2911 26th Avenue South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33712
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
