NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48 2009 CA 018962 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and TIMOTHY JOEL GREEN, JR; LANCELOT AT WINTER PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF ORANGE COUNTY; TENANT #1 N/K/A MATT ADAMS N/K/A MATT ADAMS N/K/A MATT ADAMS are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/13/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
