NUZUM; TINA NUZUM; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; DEERWOOD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF ORANGE COUNTY, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 11/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
