NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 23rd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-008554 O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LXS 2007-4N is Plaintiff and CESAR J. BAEZA; JESSICA MUNIZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ASHINGTON PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 93, STONEMEADE, PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 62 THORUGH 64, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
