NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-005543-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ROBERTO VIZCARRONDO; BLANCA IRIS VIZCARRONDO A/K/A BLANCA VIZCARRONDO A/K/A BLANCA I. VIZCARRONDO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; WHISPER LAKES UNIT 1 HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; WHISPER LAKES MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 29th day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, WHISPER LAKES UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 53 AND 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
