NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 27, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-003014-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FNMA”) is Plaintiff and JOHN C. GRZYBEK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN C. GRZYBEK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; LAKE VIEW CONDOMINIUM NO. 5 ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 31st day of October 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 202, BUILDING 9, LAKEVIEW CONDOMINIUMS NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3673 PAGE 1355, TOGETHER WITH ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AS WELL AS AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND THE COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO THE SAID CONDOMINIUM UNIT AS SET FOR AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION CONDOMINIUM RECITED HEREIN, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
