AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE KB HOME LOANS, A COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE VENTURES, LLC SERIES MIN NO. 1000157 0007331064 7; MARTHA BRITO A/K/A MARTHA A.
