NOTICE OF APPLICATION
The Department announces receipt of an application for a modification to the operation permit from Orange County Environmental, LLC/Ross Johnston. Orange County Environmental, LLC has applied for a vertical expansion for the West Orange Environmental Resources C&D Disposal and Recycling Facility. This application has been assigned permit number 0111637-012-SO-22. This facility is located at 7902 Avalon Road, Winter Garden, in Orange County, Florida.
This application is being processed by the Department. It is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the Department of Environmental Protection, Solid Waste Permitting Section, 3319 Maguire Blvd., Suite 232, Orlando, FL 32803-3767, telephone 407-897-4100. Any comments or objections should be filed in writing with the Department at this address. Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible to ensure that there is adequate time for them to be considered in the Department's decision on the application.
