NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed September 23rd, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006702-O (37), of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2006-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES INABS 2006-D UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED SEPT 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and RAYMOND CORCHADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAYMOND CORCHADO; ROSALIA ARCE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSALIA ARCE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMES INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSEES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;;TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4; HUNTCLIFF PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,; WYNDHAM LAKES AT MEADOW WOODS MASTER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com , at 11:00 A.M., on the 28th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 178, HUNTCLIFF PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51 AT PAGES 48-51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
