NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-038817-0, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL J. TOSCANO A/K/A MICHAEL TOSCANO; STONECREST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; THE GROVE PARK AT STONECREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MICHELLE R. LEBLANC A/K/A MICHELLE LEBLANC; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 7th day of November, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com . The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 GROVE PARK AT STONE CREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF A SRECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGES 46 THROUGH 49, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
