NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-005695-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and JOHN D. BURNS, JR. A/K/A JOHN BURNS, JR., DOLORES B. BURNS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOLORES B. BURNS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN D. BURNS, JR. A/K/A JOHN BURNS, JR and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 31st day of October, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
