NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 2, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-003868-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER VELDE; PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY BANK; EOLA SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 12/02/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 2, EOLA SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7625, PAGE 4176, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND ATTACHMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
