NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 29, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2012-CA-014731-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST RITA MARTINEZ , DECEASED; VANESSA LYNN MARTINEZ A/K/A VANESSA L. CEPEDA AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RITA MARTINEZ, DECEASED; ALEXANDER MARTINEZ, JR. A/K/A ALEXANDER MARTINEZ AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RITA MARTINEZ, DECEASED; MICHAEL A.
