NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013,
entered in Case No. 09006632CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2003-3 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Michael L. Magnane a/k/a Mike Magnane; Tidewater Finance Company t/a Tidewater Motor Credit and Tidewater Credit Services; Unknown spouse of Michael L. Magnane a/k/a Mike Magnane; Unknown Tenant(s) in possession of the subject property are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17 day of January, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 496, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 9, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 19A-19D, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
