NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12003288CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and LEON GOBER A/K/A LESTER LEON GOBER, CAPITAL ONE BANK, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF ARIZONA, STATE OF FLORIDA, DOUGLAS L. SMITH, UNKNOWN TENANT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINA L. ANTRIM and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONALD E. ANTRIM IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 11:00 AM on the 15 day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
