NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 002133, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is Plaintiff and ROBERT W. RAUSCHE; PATRICIA M. BAHL RAUSCHE; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 15 day of January, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 1560, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 4-A THROUGH 4-E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
