NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2013, entered in Case No. 09006432CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. FKA Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Wesley H. Wells; Susan D. Wells, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; John Doe; Jane Doe are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 27 day of January, 2014, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 249 AND 250, SOUTH PUNTA GORDA HEIGHTS 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 86A THRU 86C INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
