NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO VACATE THE FORECLOSURE SALE HELD ON MAY 20, 2013 AND TO RESCHEDULE THE FORECLOSURE SALE DATE dated October 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 10000091CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-OP1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and GEORGE HARRIS; CONSTANCE HARRIS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE HARRIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 6 day of November, 2013 in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 48, BLOCK 1563 OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 4A- 4E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
