Lot 8, Block 3658, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 64, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 78A, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
If you fail to file your response or answer, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C.
