NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 9, October, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12003449CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. successor by merger to Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, N.A., f/k/a Norwest Bank Minnesota, N.A., solely as Trustee for Bear Stearns Asset Backed Securities I Trust 2007-AC5 Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2007-AC5, is the Plaintiff and Kenneth L. Griffith, Gail J. Riola, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated, as nominee for Amtrust Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 13 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
