LOT 148, ROTONDA WEST PEBBLE BEACH, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 13A THROUGH L, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 149 MARK TWAIN LN, ROTONDA WEST, FL 33947; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, on January 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
