Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order dated October 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-001748 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Anthony DePolito and Roxanne DePolito, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on February 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
THE EAST 153.71 FEET OF THE SOUTH 666.54 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 40 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ACROSS THE SOUTH 50 FEET OF SAID LAND.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
