NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41-2010-CA-000415, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM T. SMITH, II; C & W ASSET ACQUISITION, L.L.C., AN OHIO LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; CLERK OF THE COURT OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR LAWRENCE RESIDENTIAL FUNDING CORP.; OLIPHANT FINANCIAL CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CYNTHIA G. SOUZA; RICHARD STREIFF; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLIAM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF KATHLEEN STREIFF, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM T SMITH II; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 32, BLOCK ā€œEā€, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
