Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated October 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 41 2012CA002964AX, in the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and RHONDA VRABEL AKA RHONDA L. VRABEL, et al., are the Defendants, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 137, OAK VIEW, PHASE 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 103 THROUGH 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of February, 2014. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
