NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 003283 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-AR2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR2 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated February 1, 2006, is the Plaintiff and Beatriz Herrera a/k/a Beatriz H. Herrera a/k/a Beatriz Wilson, Gail A. Byrne, Dwayne Wilson a/k/a Dwayne C.
