LOT 160, FOSTERS CREEK, UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 155 THROUGH 159, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 7103 48TH AVE E , PALMETTO, FL 34221; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on November 13, 2013 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
