NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 08, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-007009 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK 1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and ANDY SOMESAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDY SOMESAN N/K/A SIVASELVI SOMESAN; QUAIL WEST FOUNDATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 4 day of NOVEMBER, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
