NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 7, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-006063 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and RODOLFO J BARRENECHE; MARGARITA M BARRENECHE; MERUSA, INC.; MERUSA II, INC.; GOLF CREST OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ROBERTO CARRELLO are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 4 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 135, GOLF CREST OF NAPLES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 779, PAGES 358 THROUGH 421 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
