NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008018 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-16, is the Plaintiff and Sanita Kay Stafford, Rosemary Park Condominium Association, Inc., The Housing Authority of the City of Sarasota, Florida, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 22nd day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 642, OF ROSEMARY, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2003052892, AND FIRST AMENDED PLAT, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 31, 31A THROUGH 31D OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
