NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 000866 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Frank Funk a/k/a Frank E. Funk, Elizabeth Metz a/k/a Elizabeth M. Metz, Sarasota County, Florida, Sarasota Springs Community Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 22nd day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 2089, SARASOTA SPRINGS, UNIT NO. 17, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
