NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 000107 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Wachovia Mortgage, F.S.B. f/k/a World Savings Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Miriam Hernandez a/k/a Miriam Hernandez Rubio a/k/a Miriam I. Rubio, Miguel Rubio, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 25th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, BLOCK 460, OF NINTH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGES 21, 21A THROUGH 21S, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
