NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of July, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011CA006958NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and LUIZ SEIXAS; PALMER OAKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; PALMER OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; AYNA MOURA and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 908, BUILDING 9, PALMER OAKS, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1 ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2007118811, AS AMENDED BY CERTIFICATE OF AMENDMENT AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2007146181, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
