NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 007608 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE NOMURA HOME EQUITY LOAN, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-HE1 is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL T. FISCINA A/K/A MICHAEL THOMAS FISCINA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR ILTIS LENDING GROUP, INCORPORATED; AUDREY A. TERRY A/K/A AUDREEY ALICE FISCINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AUDREY A. TERRY A/K/A AUDREEY ALICE FISCINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL T. FISCINA A/K/A MICHAEL THOMAS FISCINA; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, PHILLIPPI COVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 9, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
