BOOK 1407, PAGES 774 THRU 796, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGES 27, 27A THRU 27E, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 1540 E GLEN OAKS DRIVE #133-B, SARASOTA, FL 34232 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David J. Melvin of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, on or before November 18, 2013, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
