NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 007829 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, is Plaintiff, and JEFFREY MASSIE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 06 day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 12, HIBISCUS PARK, UNIT 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 74, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
