NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 2nd day of June, 2011 and entered in Civil Action Number: 2010-CA-10559 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BIEL REO, LLC is now the Plaintiff, and AAP ASSET HOLDINGS, LLC, WATER EQUIPMENT SERVICES, INC., ASSOCIATED AIR & PUMP SERVICES, INC., WES HOLDINGS CORP., HG & LL HOLDINGS, LLC, ANTHONY DELOACH, LAURIE DELOACH, DBS DESIGN CENTERS, INC., Unknown Tenant #1, AUTOMOTIVE DESIGNS OF FLORIDA, INC., Unknown Tenant #2, Unknown Tenant #3, Unknown Tenant #4, Unknown Tenant #5, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors and all parties claiming interest by, through, under or against a defendant named in this action, and all persons having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described, and all known or unknown sub-contractors, sub-sub-contractors, and materialmen who may claim a right to file a claim of lien, and/or the Defendants, I, Karen E. Begin at the Point of Intersection of the North line of Lot 64, 2nd Unit of Palmer Farms, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 20 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida and the presently Easterly maintained Right-of-Way line of Cattleman Rod (Road Plat Book 2, Page 56C, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida);

Thence from said Point-of-Beginning and continuing along the North line of said Lot 64, South 80Ëš43'53” East 407.66 feet; thence in said Lot 64, South 13Ëš 44'03” West 193.18 feet; North 80Ëš34'29” West 362.30 feet to the existing Easterly Right-of-Way line of Cattleman Road; thence along said line, North 00Ëš16'30” East 193.99 feet to the Point-of-Beginning.
