Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure In Rem, dated August 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011 CA 006282 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-R2, UNDER THE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED MARCH 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff, and PAUL G. LAGASSE, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 8, BLOCK 1736, 36TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, AT PAGES 3, 3A THROUGH 3M, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 27th day of December, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
