NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 27, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 019964 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and YIRCIE RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YIRCIE RODRIGUEZ IF ANY; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; JOHN DOE, and JANE DOE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 7th day of January, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BLOCK “O”, OF A RESUBDIVISION OF PART OF RIO VISTA AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 67 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID BLOCK “O” 25 FEET, THENCE EAST AND PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF BLOCK “O” 386.84 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF BLOCK “O” 122 FEET; THENCE WEST AND PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE OF BLOCK “O” 75 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 122 FEET; THENCE EAST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; SAID TRACT BEING THE SAME AS THE EAST 25 FEET OF LOT 11 AND ALL OF LOT 13, BLOCK “O” OF THE ORIGINAL PLAT OF RIO VISTA, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 187, AND LATER SUPERCEDED BY PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
