NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as follows, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK “C”, ORANGE GROVE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 2713 ROBINSON AVENUE, SARASOTA, FLORIDA 34232
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM (EST), or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 12th day of November, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
