NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated APRIL 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 011733 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-4 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and ANGELINA M. SMITH; HOWARD CHINA SMITH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HOWARD CHINA SMITH; CIRCUIT COURT OF THE TWELTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT SARASOTA COUNTY; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on NOVEMBER 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 50 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 3, BLOCK D, NEW HARLEM SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 54 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
