NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 015838 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS, PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-WCW2, is the Plaintiff and Lazaro De Morales; Unknown Spouse of Lazaro De Morales, and N/K/A Alejandra Reyes, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on November 26, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, GREEN MANOR ESTATES, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
