NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 8, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 58-2011-CA-010367 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and TYLER JONES; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TYLER JONES N/K/A REFUSED NAME; KYLE JONES; SARASOTA PINES ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A GREG BROWN; TENANT #2 N/K/A MIKE BROWN; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 11/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 80, BUILDING NO. 10, SARASOTA PINES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1021, PAGES 486 THROUGH 533, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGES 7, 7A THROUGH 7C, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
