NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 30th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008481 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for GSAA Home Equity Trust 2006-20, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-20, Plaintiff and MARY ELLEN SCHMITT; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 9:00 AM ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE this November 6th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTHEASTERLY 8.75 FEET OF LOT 1155 AND ALL OF LOT 1154, UNIT 17, VENICE GARDENS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 10 AND 10A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
