YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to Quiet Title and for Reformation of Deed to the following property in Lee County, Florida at the address of 610 SE 23rd Terrace, Cape Coral, Florida, and more specifically described below as follows:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 953, Unit 25, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 90 to 100 inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any to it on Tamarah E. Brodsky, Esq., whose address is 200 West Cypress Creek Road, Suite 210, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309, on or before November 13, 2013, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
